The Challenge
The Electrical Protection Module was developed from the ground up for Cadillac Racing to protect critical vehicle lighting systems from electrical failures during high-performance racing. The project moved on an accelerated timeline and required close collaboration with Cadillac Racing engineers as requirements evolved. Through multiple customer feedback cycles, we refined the design, addressed manufacturability, and moved the product from concept toward production.
What I Led
• Directed cross-functional execution across engineering, manufacturing, testing, and product management from concept through production.
• Coordinated directly with Cadillac Racing engineers through multiple feedback cycles to refine requirements and guide design decisions.
• Managed the development schedule, technical priorities, manufacturing readiness, and executive communication throughout the accelerated program.
Outcome
Delivered the Electrical Protection Module from concept through production within six months, providing Cadillac Racing with a purpose-built solution to protect critical vehicle lighting systems from electrical faults under demanding racing conditions.
